A Home Guests Already Love
While Tutti Frutti is new to Coastline Collections, the home itself has a long history of happy guests and five-star stays. Previous guests consistently praised the private pool, fenced backyard, comfortable beds, screened porch, quiet neighborhood, and easy walk to the beach.
Due to platform limitations, reviews earned under the home s previous management company cannot transfer to the new listing.
Important Notes: Read Before Booking
A signed Coastline Collections rental agreement is required after booking. Arrival details, access information, and property-specific check-in instructions are released after the agreement has been completed.
Approved dogs are welcome with advance disclosure and approval. Applicable pet fees and all Coastline Collections pet requirements apply. Unauthorized or undisclosed animals may result in additional charges or removal from the property. This policy does not apply to ADA-recognized service animals.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
No parties, events, bachelor parties, or bachelorette parties. Registered guests only, and occupancy must match the reservation. Violations may result in fines or eviction without refund.
A golf cart is not provided with this property.
The owner does not provide beach chairs or recreational equipment at the home. Qualifying reservations receive access to the VayKLife equipment program.
High-speed Wi-Fi is provided. Guests who require fully uninterrupted connectivity may wish to travel with a personal hotspot as a backup.
Exterior security cameras, if present, are disclosed and used only for safety and occupancy compliance. No interior spaces are monitored.

Getting Around
The beach and several local restaurants and shops are easy to reach from Tutti Frutti. Bicycles are a wonderful way to explore nearby Seagrove Beach, Seaside, and the Scenic 30A bike path. A vehicle is recommended for longer trips throughout South Walton, Miramar Beach, and Destin. Uber and Lyft availability may vary.

Construction Notice: Construction or maintenance may occur throughout the surrounding area without advance notice. Coastline Collections is not responsible for disruptions caused by city, county, utility, or neighboring property projects outside our control. If we become aware of work expected to significantly affect your stay, we will notify you or update the listing when possible.
Shipping Policy: Coastline Collections does not have access to the property s mailbox. Shipping items to the home is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. We recommend coordinating directly with the carrier or using a secure local pickup location.
